What you will do at Durisol Mitchell Precast:

·       Follow Mitchell Precast work instructions to ensure safe work practices and quality products

·       Rake, level, tamp and screen concrete

·       Place and check rebar in the product to specification

·       Unload product

·       Clean molds and batching equipment

·       Train and assist other hourly employees as required

·       Any other duties and/or projects as assigned by the Supervisor/Foreman/Lead Hand.

 

What you need to work for us:

As long as you are reasonably physically fit (able to lift/push/pull 25-50lbs on a regular basis throughout your shifts, etc.) you can do our work

Be on-time, reliable and a good team player

Able to follow through reliably on instructions and know when to ask questions

We are the leading noise wall barrier manufacturer in Ontario. We make those wall panels you see on the sides of highways and busy roads to help reduce traffic noise for the people who live near by. We have lots of contracts to fulfill and are looking for more general labourers to help.
