Puck's Plenty & STA
Our second Forage Feast event will center around the fiddlehead, both on the trails and at the table. These scrumptious wild edibles feed the culinary imagination from salads to soups to the main course. Follow Puck's Plenty Tours on forest trails as we collect wild edibles in season including nettles, wild leeks, trout lily’s, garlic mustard and more, returning to Stratford for an upscale lunch from Nature's bounty. The meal will include locally brewed craft beer, Niagara wines as well as coffee and tea with dessert.
