It's mushroom time and we will be celebrating the season with a foraging trek along forest trails only fifteen minutes drive from Stratford. We will also visit Deer Haven Farm where the "magic woods" are home to countless more mushrooms including Lactarius Delicious, Blewits and Gem Studded fungi. After our trek we return to Stratford Tea Leaves for an explorative 3 course lunch of foraged wild edibles hosted by tea sommelier Karen Hartwick. The lunch will feature a Stratford chef's exploration of foraged foods and will be paired with assorted teas. VQA Wines and craft beer from local breweries will also be available.Tickets can be purchased on-line or at the Stratford Tourism Alliance on or before September 11,2015 at 3 pm.Tickets are limited so book early.

Cost is $60 per person handling fee & HST.
