Join us on our mid-Summer Savour Stratford Forage and Feast Event as we search forest trails for wild mushrooms such as Ash Boletes, Oyster Mushrooms, Pink Bottom Mushrooms, Giant Puffballs and more. Our next stop will be Deer Haven Farm to search for . . . you guessed it . . . more mushrooms. Then return to Stratford Tea Leaves for an explorative 3 course lunch of foraged wild edibles hosted by tea sommelier Karen Hartwick. The lunch will feature a Stratford chef's exploration of foraged foods and will be paired with assorted teas. VQA Wines and craft beer from local breweries will also be available. Tickets can be purchased on-line or at the Stratford Tourism Alliance on or before August 21,2015 at 3 pm.Tickets are limited so book early.

Cost is $60 per person handling fee & HST.
