WE ARE HIRING A RETURNS ADMINISTRATOR

The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction.  The returns administrator is responsible for the prompt and accurate processing of warranty/returns. They will complete Return Goods Authorizations in a timely manner, analyzing regularly to improve the process to help positively. The successful candidate for this role will have excellent organizational, planning, decision making and problem-solving skills. 

Major responsibilities include:

Promote positive relationships with customers
Process Return Goods Authorization forms
Responsible for researching and validating claims, and in turn preparing the appropriate credits and/or debits
Complete monthly reports and share with Inside Sales
Follow up on any outstanding warranty/returns with customers
Participate in Quality Control meetings
Carry out other duties as assigned
