The Parts Room Admin is responsible for keeping the Parts Room and its inventory neat and organized.

General Responsibilities:

i)           Complete data entry for completed PM’S using our Main Boss system.

ii)          Receive afternoon deliveries.

iii)         Put away any parts that were received during the day shift.

iv)        Complete spot counts of stock room items as required.

v)         Help maintenance personnel find parts.

vi)        Make sure all parts are signed out.

vii)       Perform motor counts.

viii)      Complete oil level checks.

ix)         Keep the stock room neat.

x)          Help day shift as required.

xi)         Perform regular daily routines without direct supervision.  Advise Maintenance Manager of any issues.

Education, Training or Work Experience: N/A

Key Skills:



-Attention to detail
-Work independently

-Basic computer skills
-Some mechanical aptitude

-Lift up to 20 kg

Pay Rate: $18.70 Hourly

Hours: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm, Monday to Friday, weekends as necessary
