Description

We are a small Plumbing & Heating Company that is looking for someone to join our team! Someone to take responsibility for the smooth running of our office, where your professionalism, initiative and office skills will be welcomed.

Your part-time role for approximately 20 hours per week, will include providing a full range of office management duties including:

day-to-day running of the office
accounts receivable and accounts payable management
payroll
invoicing
other miscellaneous tasks as requested.
You will have the flexibility to implement new procedures and systems to improve the smooth running of our office. The perfect candidate needs to be comfortable being independent and making decisions. They need to be self-directed and have organizational and problem-solving skills.

Applicants must have:

experience with QuickBooks
experience with Microsoft Office
excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
willing and able to drive to our office near St. Paul’s every shift
