Description

These individuals will be responsible for preparing food under the advisory of our chef’s expectations and specifications in the lounge for day-to-day clients and during private functions.

Duties Include:
- Prepare food for service – Lounge customers, golfers and private function attendees
- Cooking in close cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Ensuring kitchen is kept clean and organized
- Other tasks by request of management

Job Requirements:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Possess excellent communication skills and be willing to work as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure in a calm and professional manner
- Punctual, reliable, responsible
- Smart Serve Certificate is a must
- Prior food and beverage service experience is preferred
